New arc contest for SINS OF THE ANGELS! – Linda Poitevin

New arc contest for SINS OF THE ANGELS!

So after some initial confusion (turns out that my publisher had already planned a Goodreads giveaway and I kinda jumped the gun…oops), we are getting things straightened out on the contest front. In a kind of good news/bad news thing, here's the scoop:

Ace/Penguin has extended the Goodreads giveaway to 30 copies of the arc for SINS OF THE ANGELS, a number which thrills me to pieces and is great news for readers…but only those in the US and Canada (see? Good news/bad news. ). But wait! There's more!

Because I hate to disappoint people (I think it's the mother in me), I've decided to run a simultaneous contest here on my blog. I'll be offering up three copies of the ARC and, to make things a little more fair, the blog contest will be open only to International readers (even, @CarolOates, Ireland :)).

So there you have it. Two contests for arcs of SINS OF THE ANGELS, both ending August 1, 2011. If you're in the US or Canada, enter the Goodreads contest here. If you're anywhere else, leave a comment below telling me what country you're in (just 'cause I'm curious) and how I can reach you. I will not use email addresses for anything more than notifying the winners, who will be drawn at random when the contest closes. Good luck, everyone!

P.S. Oh, and just so you know? The arcs are bound with the cover…picture here.

    Linda - July 11, 2011 Reply

Welcome, Helen! Yes, I’ve had a lot of readers comment on the lack of contests for international readers. Glad to do my bit for the cause! Good luck in the contest, and thanks for stopping by. 🙂

Sullivan McPig - July 11, 2011 Reply

Thanks for thinking of those outside of the US and Canada!
I can understand why many contests/giveaways are restricted to US/Can, but it is frustrating from time to time to see so many cool giveaways I can’t enter.

I’m from the Netherlands

I’m in the not-so-sunny UK – I live in Brighton, where I have a *fabulous* view of endless rain coming in over the sea! Your book sounds great: I’m fascinated by angel mythology, so it’s really exciting to see it being updated and worked into modern settings.
